Marion’s Kitchen Pad Thai
Since launching Marion’s Kitchen I’ve been inundated with requests to add a Pad Thai dish to my range and now it’s finally here! The perfect pad Thai for me is all about the sauce. My Pad Thai Sauce is a lip-smacking balance of tamarind, fish sauce, palm sugar, radish, garlic chives and roasted peanuts. I’ve grown up eating my Mum’s pad Thai and so of course I had to get her to do the final taste test. Thank goodness she gave it the thumbs up! more info
Marion’s Kitchen San Choy Bow
San Choy Bow is my ideal weeknight dinner. The richly spiced sauce infuses the meat with tonnes of flavour but it’s all tempered with the fresh crunch of water chestnuts, roasted peanuts and lettuce or cabbage leaves. This is the first of my Marion’s Kitchen range to be inspired by the flavours of China. Stay tuned for more! more info
Marion’s Kitchen Thai Basil & Chilli Stir-fry
Stir-fries are my mid-week dinner fix because they’re easy to prepare and quick to cook! I’ve taken my favourite stir-fry ingredients and bundled them all together. My Thai basil & chilli paste is packed with the flavour of sweet basil, garlic and a mild red chilli spice. I add some fresh red chillies when I feel like spicing it up! You’ll also find fragrant Thai jasmine rice in this ingredient pack, along with a blend of premium oyster and fish sauces. Yummo! more info
Marion’s Kitchen Thai Fishcakes
I simply adore Thai fishcakes! They’re great as party nibbles but I love them so much I often have them for dinner with a fresh cucumber salad and rice. My red curry paste and the finely shredded kaffir lime leaves add some kick to your fishcakes. And my sweet chilli syrup is based on the traditional sweet, sour and slightly spicy sauce my mum makes with her fishcakes. more info
Marion’s Kitchen Satay Sticks
Try my (in)famous satay sauce for yourself. It’s chock full of roasted peanuts and a delicious blend of spices. I’ve also created a marinade that packs a real punch with garlic, pepper and turmeric flavours. My satay sticks are perfect for a BBQ or a week-night dinner. more info
